- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: Free worldwide shipping on all orders.
- Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees at checkout unless otherwise stated during promotional campaigns or special requests.
4. Shipping Locations
Currently, Vooyome ships products from our office in Shenzhen, China, directly to customers in the United States. We are working to expand our shipping coverage in the future.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

7. Delivery Issues

- Lost or Stolen Packages: Once the order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Vooyome is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the carrier directly in such cases.
8. Returns & Exchanges
Our Return & Refund Policy applies to all shipped items:

- Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive defective, damaged, or not as described.
